Need a snack?

As a work from home mom that is in "Go Mode" from sun up until sun down, these easy and healthy snacks have helped me keep up my energy levels to get through busy days- all without making much of a mess in the kitchen either.


  1. Hard boiled eggs with a little salt and pepper

  2. Garbanzo beans ( I eat these either plain or with a splash of lemon juice!)

  3. Carrots with olive oil, vinegar and herbs. Onion powder, basil, oregano, garlic salt, parsley and black pepper are my favorite to add.

  4. Sourdough bread with butter or oil + herbs

  5. Salads are always quick and easy. I always use a lettuce blend with baby greens, arugula, cilantro and spinach with shredded carrots, avocado, garbanzo beans, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

  6. Cheese, crackers and carrots. Personally, I love brie cheese, colby jack or cheddar for this combo.

  7. Small bowl of almonds & chocolate chips for a sweet treat
