AuraPure Wholesale Guidelines

Placing a wholesale order indicates you have acknowledged, read and understand all conditions and terms outlined in AuraPure Essentials Wholesale Policy.

Shipping

• Cost of shipping is TBD upon receiving inquiry. 

• Each Wholesale Order will be quoted individually for shipping rates based on weight/quantity.

• All AuraPure packages will be available for pick up or mailed via USPS within 7 Days of your order being received. 

• Buyer is required to pay the entire shipping cost. (Orders of 50+ Units for products with larger sized containers (8 oz bottles and large  jars),  may experience shipping fees upwards of $80 to ensure safe travel.

• Insurance on all packages will be paid for by AuraPure Essentials.

• In the event any products are damaged in the shipping process, USPS will be responsible for reimbursing the cost of the package. A replacement order will be sent out once the insurance claim is filed and completed.​

Payment Terms/Order Turnaround

• Once your quote has been approved, you will receive an emailed invoice to pay directly online through AuraPureEssentials.com

• All orders must be paid within 24 hours. Orders will not be shipped until payment has been made in full.

• Paypal is not accepted. Please inquire directly about payments through Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle or Apple Pay.

• Order turnaround time will range from 2-7 days to be made, packed and shipped.. Shipping time through USPS is not considered in order turnaround time.

Return/Refund Policy

• All Sales are final. In the event you experience an issue with your order, please email photo proof of your damaged order within 24 hours of the package being delivered to aurapureessentials@gmail.com, along with any necessary details. Allow up to 48 hours for a response on how to proceed with this issue.

• Insurance claims must be filed with USPS  for any orders that experience issues during shipment such as damaged or lost parcels.

• Returns will not be accepted. Once an insurance claim is filed and finalized, a replacement order or refund will be sent out.

• Refunds will only be sent to the customer once the insurance claim through USPS has been completed and refunded to the seller, AuraPure Essentials. Refunds will be returned to the customer through their original payment method, unless specified.

TradeMark 

• No Products manufactured or distributed by AuraPure Essentials LLC are authorized to be sold under another name.

• Custom Wholesale orders may put their own brand/logo on custom products.

• AuraPure Products are to be sold in retail only by the person(s) or company responsible for placing the order.

• You may not re-sell any AuraPure Products for less than they are listed for on AuraPureEssentials.com

 

Custom Wholesale

• Custom Wholesale allows the customer to have free reign to create their own unique herbal products, choose their own logo (optional) and order in bulk at a wholesale price. 

• All Custom wholesale orders have an additional customization fee starting at $10. 

• Custom logos can be added at the customer's convenience and will be priced accordingly.

• Please inquire directly for custom wholesale. A video chat is recommended to discuss details between both parties.

• Custom Wholesale orders will be invoiced directly and are to be paid on the same terms as regular wholesale (stated above).

 

Product Quality

• AuraPure Essentials Products are handcrafted naturally, which  means that each batch may vary in color and scent. All products are made in small batches to ensure freshness and quality and will be labeled with a batch number.

• AuraPure Essentials products have the capability to last up to 2 years when well taken care of and stored properly. It is suggested to use your product within 1 year of the Batch Number Date to ensure freshness, though.
